1. What are cookies?
Cookies and similar technologies may store or access information on your device. Portuguese law requires information and prior consent for non-essential uses, except for the exceptions of transmission of a communication and strict necessity for a service expressly requested.

Our own analytics use a random session identifier and do not store the form’s personal fields. They record only the page without parameters, interaction types, contact channel and broad source/medium categories. They do not collect searches, listing URLs, terms or campaign names that may contain personal data. No events are sent when you decline or withdraw permission. Information already collected is deleted within the retention period. Campaign identifiers are not copied into the commercial message.
To avoid repeating the logo animation on every page, sessionStorage temporarily stores the destination within this website and a timestamp (apr:logo:internal-navigation). This state is read and removed on the next page and ends when the tab is closed. It contains no form fields and is not sent to a traffic analytics service.
3. Language preference and consent
When you choose a language in the header, we only save that choice in this browser, to display the website in the same language on future visits. The preference remains until you choose another language, use the “Forget saved language” option on this page or delete the website data in the browser. It is not shared with external services or used for advertising. If your storage is locked or you use private browsing, your choice may not be retained after closing your browser.
Usage analytics are only enabled after you accept. Declining is as easy as accepting; you can change your choice at any time under “Analytics preferences” in the footer. The form, navigation and contact options work even if you decline. Your analytics choice is separate from your commercial enquiry and does not subscribe you to advertising.
This information describes the application code. Technical cookies, records and conditions of the hosting platform still require specific verification. A technology is not strictly necessary just because it is provided by the accommodation; any non-essential use also requires consent assessment before activation.
4. When you open an external service
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and maps do not load these contents within the page. By opening them, the external service can process data and use cookies in accordance with its policy. When opening WhatsApp with a prepared order, the message is communicated to this service; APR receives it when you send it.
