The complete company name, tax identification, commercial registration and details of the entity's capital are confirmed by APR. This information will be completed after document validation. Before hiring, ask for full identification of the entity providing the service and, when different, the seller or rental operator.
2. Data required for the order
The form asks for the name and at least one method of contact: email or telephone. You can only fill in the contact details for which you want to receive a response. It does not ask for NIF, address, identification documents or bank details. It also collects the type of vehicle, make/model and estimated budget, which may remain undefined. The information varies depending on the intention: import criteria, vehicle reference, details of the car to be evaluated or dates and location of rental. Mandatory fields are identified; In the evaluation, make/model, year and mileage allow you to characterize the vehicle. Without these elements, you can contact the team directly.
Message and link to ad are optional. Do not include personal documents, identifiable license plates, financial information or other people's data in the first contact. Use a public connection without credentials or personal data.
3. How the form works
You can review your details before sending. When you select “Send enquiry to APR”, the necessary fields are sent over a secure connection and stored in a website database with access restricted to authorised management. Confirmation is shown only after the enquiry has been stored. Follow-up is handled by geral@aprimport.com. Sending a request does not constitute a purchase, reservation or subscription to marketing.
Form details are not saved in localStorage or sessionStorage. They remain in the page’s memory while you complete or correct the enquiry. The language selected in the header is saved in your browser for future visits.
If you choose the alternative channels, opening WhatsApp communicates the message in the link address to the WhatsApp service. For email, the message is passed to your chosen application. APR receives these messages when you send them. Permission to open a channel is not consent to advertising or acceptance of a contract.
4. Purposes and foundations
Data from an individual's order necessary for the preparation of a proposal may be processed for pre-contractual measures at their request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data necessary for the execution of a contract or the fulfillment of a legal obligation have the corresponding basis. A simple request does not authorize newsletters or marketing campaigns.
When you contact on behalf of a company, the management of that contact may be based on the legitimate interest of responding to the professional request, subject to an assessment of needs and consideration of your rights. You can object to this processing under legal terms. The website does not make automated decisions with legal effects or advertising profiles.
5. Accommodation and external services
To display and protect the website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical data such as IP address, date/time, requested resource and browser information. Our own usage analytics operate only after you accept optional analysis. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or cross-site tracking. Analytics record pages, events, session, device category and broad source; they do not collect the name, email, phone, message or make/model entered in the form. If you accept analytics, the enquiry may be linked to the session to evaluate conversion. There is no reliable count of unique users. Fonts and images are served by this website.
WhatsApp, email, Instagram, YouTube and maps are external services, open only at the initiative of the visitor. No third-party videos, publications or maps are embedded. Consult the cookie policy and the WhatsApp privacy policy for the EEA (opens in another tab).
Providers of the chosen channels may process data outside the European Economic Area in accordance with their policies. The use of services by APR requires verification of the recipients, processing conditions and applicable transfer safeguards. This operational check and details of the accommodation records have yet to be confirmed by the company.
For commercial monitoring, APR can activate a copy of orders in a private CRM in Google Sheets, accessible only to authorized people. The link copies the data provided in the form and aggregated statistics, without identifying who just clicks on WhatsApp. The use of this service requires validation of Google's data processing conditions and the safeguards applicable by APR. The deletion of active records is reflected in the synchronized copy; Manually entered contacts and version history require APR own management.
6. Conservation
APR has approved a retention period of 365 days for enquiries without a transaction or active follow-up, counted from the last update to the enquiry. The cleanup routine runs when the service receives requests, deleting inactive records in this category and their history once the period has expired. APR must also review retention regularly. Enquiries at the proposal stage or marked as won require review by APR, taking account of follow-up needs, contracts, legal obligations and the exercise of rights; the company must define the applicable period for these cases.
Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. The browser analytics preference expires after 180 days; the session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the tab is closed. You can withdraw permission under “Analytics preferences”. Technical anti-abuse limits use a temporary cryptographic identifier without storing your IP address in the enquiry database or analytics, and expire at the end of the hourly window.
External channels may retain messages and drafts under their own rules. Website cleanup does not delete information in APR email, WhatsApp, operational backups or contractual documents. The company must coordinate deletion across these systems and confirm retention periods for hosting technical logs.
7. Your rights
Under the terms and limits of the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation and portability, and oppose processing based on legitimate interest. If future processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
