Describe practical needs: getting in and out, carrying equipment, driving position or access to controls. Confirm the adaptations with a qualified professional and clarify the necessary documentation and approval.
ISV and IUC have their own rules.
The ISV exemption covers legally defined disability situations; it is not enough to assume that any 60% disability is sufficient. The IUC has different criteria and limits. Eligibility must be confirmed for the beneficiary and the vehicle.
